FSTAR Townhall in Branford, CT on April 12th

The Branford Fire Department, in association with the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and UL Firefighter Safety Research Institute (FSRI) present a Firefighter Safety Through Advanced Research (FSTAR) Townhall.

The townhall is a one-day training event focused on modern fire behavior research, science and the tactical considerations that can be used to reduce risk to firefighters operating on structure fires.

Event Date & Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Tuesday, April 12, 2016

Event Location: Branford Fire Department Headquarters • 45 North Main Street • Branford, CT 06405

Lunch: Will be provided by The Peter Davis Memorial Regional Training Fund, $10.00 donations accepted

There will be two speakers: Dan Madrzykowski of UL Firefighter Safety Research Institute (FSRI) and Chief (Retired) Ceil Clay of the Oklahoma City Fire Department.
